The app collects basic personal data such as phone number and address (name is optional) during registration or order placement, for processing orders and communicating updates and offers. This data is used to improve app services and send important notifications and is not shared with third parties except as required by law.

B. Data Storage and Protection

Data is stored on cloud servers and protected using encryption during transmission and storage. Data is retained for 365 days from the last order, after which it is automatically deleted.

C. User Rights

Users have the right to request data deletion by contacting support. There is no direct mechanism to view or edit personal data within the app, and data collection from children (under 12 years old) is prohibited.

D. Legal Compliance

The app operates under the Electronic Transactions and Information Technology Law No. 78 of 2012 (Articles 7 and 10) and complies with applicable local laws in Iraq.

2. Terms of Use

A. Permitted Use

The app is to be used for placing orders and facilitating delivery between customers and merchants. It must not be used for illegal activities or commercial purposes without the app administration’s approval.

B. User Obligations

Users must provide accurate information during registration, maintain the confidentiality of their login credentials, and refrain from capturing or copying app content without permission. The app should only be used for lawful purposes.

C. Accounts and Transactions

Accurate data must be provided during registration, and multiple accounts for the same user are not permitted without explicit consent. Should any future fees be introduced, users will be notified in advance.

3. Disclaimer Policy

A. Information and Services

Information and services are provided on an “as is” basis without any absolute warranties regarding their accuracy or timeliness. The app is not liable for any errors or omissions in the information provided.

B. Limitation of Liability

As an intermediary, the app is not responsible for the quality of products or services offered by merchants, nor for any direct or indirect damages arising from their use.

C. User Responsibility

Users are solely responsible for verifying the accuracy of information provided by merchants before completing transactions, and the app is not liable for any inaccuracies in such data.

D. Modifications

The app reserves the right to modify this Disclaimer Policy at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the app constitutes acceptance of any such changes.
